Moving // Charlotte into a convertible car seat. Although I’m 100% convinced that a harnessed booster seat is the way to go for Emma when we upgrade, I decided to try returning to the “single kid car” configuration for now instead of dropping $500 on a booster seat for each car. Jose moved our second convertible seat from the Camry back to the Highlander on Tuesday night and despite her confused expression in this photo, Charlotte seems to have adjusted to her new seat just fine. (Also? This girl still loves her pacifier and it definitely helps keep her happier in the car. Emma lost interest in pacifiers when she was only a few months old but Charlotte’s still a big fan.)
Playing // Pokemon Go. Yes, I admit that I downloaded it to see what all the fuss is about. It’s fun so far, at least I think it is? I am catching a lot of Pidgeys and Zubats and Rattatas. There are a lot of Pokestops around me, even several at work. But I also don’t really get it? What am I supposed to do with all these Pokemon that I’m catching? What do I do at a Pokegym? I don’t know but it makes me feel old. Also the app seems to freeze a lot and that’s pretty annoying.
Receiving // Emails meant for another Sarah somewhere in Georgia. This happens on a semi-regular basis and it’s always something that sounds kind of fun, like a baby shower or get-together. This time it was for a “Poet and You Didn’t Know It” club where, from what I can tell, a group of friends gets together monthly to share poems they all write based on a certain theme. If I lived in Georgia, I’d be pretty tempted to be friends with these people! Ha.

Elizabeth still loves her pacifier too. We only use it in the car now since she gets bored when we are riding in the car very long. It seems like she can’t sleep in the car anymore unless she has it so we definitely keep it nearby for that!
