QuiltCon 2024 starts with the awards ceremony tomorrow night — so yet again, I will use that as motivation to squeeze in a post of highlights from LAST year! Hahaha.
I did share a quick recap after I got home last year, and talked about the quilts I had in the show, the teaching I did, and some of the other fun activities. But I also like to share some of my favorite quilts from the show, and that’s the reason for this better-late-than-never post.
(It is always interesting to see what catches my eye at QuiltCon each year. In recent years, I have been drawn to improv and handwork, perhaps because these quilts tend to look quite different than my own. I wonder if this trend will continue this year?)
Enjoy the photos! Revisiting these quilts made me even more excited to head to Raleigh tomorrow for this year’s show!

I definitely appreciate getting to see these quilts from last year and am curious what caught your eye this year!
