My Modular Maze pattern will be released tomorrow!
This pattern was originally called “Mini Maze” and was featured as part of the Quilter’s Candy membership in July 2020. Although it may look complex, the pattern is constructed using 2 simple foundation paper pieced units that are repeated and rotated.
If you have never tried foundation paper piecing, the simple template used in this pattern is an excellent introduction to the technique.
I filmed a short foundation paper piecing tutorial last summer for Quilter’s Candy members, and I’m happy to now share it here for anyone who is interested in making a Modular Maze quilt but hasn’t paper pieced before or needs a refresher.
