As promised, here is part 2 of my massive photo dump of the quilts on display at QuiltCon. I think there were ~400 quilts displayed in total; I probably have at least 60-70 pictured in these two posts. Ha!

This year’s featured quilter/speaker/artist was Victoria Findlay Wolfe, so there were 10-15 of her quilts on display as well. I really love how her style is all over the place — she doesn’t try to stay in a specific box, but prefers to follow her curiosity and make sure she’s always having fun.

When the charity quilt challenge theme of “text” plus a black/white/gray color palette was announced, I remember feeling pretty underwhelmed and unenthusiastic about it. But boy did I change my tune! I loved our Gulf Coast MQG quilt of course, but there were many other amazing and powerful charity quilts on display as well.

And still more….

If you made it all the way to the end….congratulations!!
Thank you so much for giving the quilting credit on Push-Pull to Christine! I didn’t really get a chance to see the show, so I love all the wrap up posts. Thank you for putting 2 together with all your photos.
