Plus Size Women are not a Minority or Niche | Cashmerette
I would like to try making more clothes for myself, but there are two things that usually stand in my way. The biggest is that I’m never quite sure whether something will fit me well! I’m a size 12/14 on top and a 14/16 on bottom. But most patterns I come across online are modeled by women who are small and straight. (Perhaps it’s time to try a Cashmerette pattern!)
p.s. The other thing that stands in my way is fabric choice, which I can and will try to learn more about.
