August 2020 Note: The revamped and expanded Triangles at Play pattern is available in my shop.
Remember my Triangles at Play quilt pattern? I initially wrote it as part of my 6-patterns-in-6-months personal project, and made one for a friend’s baby. (That baby is now a 2-year-old! Wow!)
Then I made another one last year as a sample for Craftsy after working with them to turn it into a kit.
Well, another year has passed and Craftsy has struck again — in a good way. They just released another Triangles at Play kit, and this time it features some really cute fabrics from the Lily & Loom Bear Mountain collection. (I didn’t make this sample, so the photo above is courtesy of Craftsy.)
It’s fun to see this same pattern made in three totally different fabric collections. The first is bold and bright, the second is happy and springy, and the last one is soft and comfortable. It really shows how much of an impact fabric has on any given project!
