I finished October at 50.5 miles in 11 runs. Not bad, although clearly I got to the 50 mark by running longer as opposed to running more frequently. If I want to hit 50 for November (and I do), I can’t wait until the last few days to make up any shortfall, since Thanksgiving will make that difficult. I better get cracking!
