Sometimes it’s worth remembering that a run makes everything better. I was in a funk on Monday…until I went for a run. My grumpiness was gone after that and I have a nice evening.
And then yesterday, even though I wasn’t in a funk to begin with, I got to run in 56-degree sunny weather in Charlotte. That’s basically my definition of a perfect run.
So all in all? A pretty darn good week!
