This week was kind of a doozy with a lot of early mornings and not enough sleep, and running suffered — as it often does on weeks like that. I’m slightly behind pace for 50 miles this month, but nothing I can’t make up over the next week.
On the plus side, both of my runs were outside this week! Ah. Yet again I find myself glad that we have a treadmill…but recognizing that getting outside makes such a difference.
