Too bad Sunday doesn’t count as September, right? Ha! We’re out of town this weekend and I knew I wouldn’t have time to run, so I front loaded the week as much as I could in support of my goal of running 50 miles this month. It was a bit crazy, perhaps — I can’t even remember the last time I ran 4 days in a row — but it actually didn’t feel that bad!
I did them all on the treadmill since it’s fairly dark by 8:00 now. I don’t really mind running in the dark, but I think it worries Jose to have me out there by myself. I don’t relish the thought of having to run from now until next June on the treadmill though, so something will have to give. Obviously I can run outside on the weekends, but it’d be nice to do it more than once a week. Depending on what time sunrise is, I may have to give morning running another try.
