Summary
On Friday, the “no running” order from the periodontist was lifted — two weeks after my dental work, as promised. Hooray! (And bonus? They said things are healing really well.) I celebrated by immediately coming home and going for a run, even though it was really hot outside. I jumped back to one of the intermediate Couch to 5K workouts, and did several 5/3 run/walk repeats and then walked a half mile for cool down at the end. It felt good! Hot, but good.
