Summary
So you may remember that I had signed up for a 5K yesterday. When I did, I had totally forgotten that it was scheduled for some icky dental work on Friday — icky enough that I’m not supposed to run (aka not supposed to get my heart rate too high) for two weeks. I didn’t realize that restriction would be in place, but there it is. Ugh. SO…there won’t be any running around these parts for a bit.
(And? Gum recession sucks.)
The silver lining is that I did have a nice, solid week leading up to Friday.
