Summary
I’m on vacation at the moment and have set this to post automatically. I took running shoes along because I have good intentions but let’s face it — I probably won’t run.
The good news is that 1) I’m on vacation and 2) I’ll pick back up when I get back! I realized that I miscounted the weeks until my 5K and would actually have finished C25K a week early — so no harm done by missing this week.
