Summary
I tend to follow good weeks with bad weeks and last week was a good week, so…yeah. I skipped my usual Tuesday run because I had a minor cold and just wasn’t feeling it, and then missed Thursday because I had dinner plans with friends. I prevented the week from being a total washout though with a long run this afternoon while Jose and Emma were at the grocery store — nearly 7 miles, which is the farthest I’ve gone in 2+ years. I felt pretty good the whole way too!
