Summary
Between Superflex Friday and a holiday tomorrow, I’ve got a 4-day weekend. Yet I’ve been achey and clammy on and off since Thursday night. I’ve been sick more frequently in the last year than any other time in my life. (Thanks Emma.) I’m so ready to just be healthy — and have everyone else in my household be healthy — for more than a few weeks at a time.
I’d planned to go for a run today but wasn’t feeling it. I did manage a walk with Emma while Jose was off flying. And thanks to tracking calories, I did manage to lose some weight this week despite the lack of significant activity. I’ll take what I can get.
