Summary
Now that I’m committing Monday and Wednesday nights to working on my Digital Media Masters project, that means committing Tuesday and Thursday nights to treadmill sessions. One part of me doesn’t like this, since it makes my weekly schedule rather inflexible…but the other part of me knows this is probably a good thing, because I can’t make up excuses. Either I run on Tuesday and Thursday, or I don’t run at all during the week.
With the Houston half marathon now about 3 months away, from now on I need to buckle down and make room for a long run each weekend. I don’t have any illusions of being fast by January, but I do intend to be adequately trained to cover the distance.
