So it’s hot outside now. I get seriously overheated when I work out — I’m talking all day long overheated that doesn’t go away until I sleep. My face is hot to the touch. I sweat at the slightest provocation, even hours later. I ran on Friday morning around 10:30 since the humidity was low after a nice series of thunderstorms the night before. At 4:30 that afternoon, simply walking around the daycare for their “carnival” made me break a sweat.
It’s ridiculous and even after all these years, I’ve yet to find a sure-fire way to cool myself down. Any ideas??
This morning I did the Sylvan Beach Tri — 500 yard open water swim, 15 mile bike and 3 mile run. It wasn’t particularly pretty but I finished! I’ll post a race report this week.
And as I type this at 8:00 pm, 11 hours after I finished the race, my face is warm to the touch.

You could try sitting in B5 sim control for a few hours. I think I am getting icicles in my hair.
