First I ran or walked a mile each day for 5 weeks. Then the goal was to do that or something comparable each day through Mother’s Day. (But I’m still calling it mile-a-day.) Now I don’t know what the goal is anymore. But still:
May 20 – 2 mile walk outside with Jose and Emma
May 21 –
May 22 –
May 23 – 1 mile treadmill walk
May 24 –
May 25 –
May 26 – 15 mile bike ride with Erin
