Merry Christmas from my little family to you and yours! I hope your holidays are happy and bright!
This is the first time we’ve stayed in Houston for Christmas, and only the second time I’ve ever spent the holiday somewhere other than Charlotte. But while I miss our families, it was fun to have Christmas morning sitting on the floor in our own living room next to our own Christmas tree. I look forward to many more years of it as Emma grows up.
We kept Christmas rather small this year since Emma’s not old enough to have any clue about what’s going on. She got an exersaucer from us and a couple small toys in her stocking from Santa. I didn’t even both to wrap the exersaucer since 1) the box was bigger than her and 2) it’s not like she was going to notice anyway. As you can see, she’s a fan!
