We’re in Mexico Beach, Florida for most of the week with Jose’s family. It’s been a lot of fun so far.
The beach is lovely and picturesque. The sand is white, the water is blue-green and fairly clear, although a couple thunderstorms have stirred things up. And no, there’s no oil!
We got lots of ice cream from Scoops Up! Their ice cream cafe is for sale if you’re looking for a new job at the beach. Only $45,000!
We went parasailing, which was AWESOME, but I don’t have any photos of it yet. I had never been before, and it was really fun to see the beach and the water from the air. Later the same day, we went horseback riding on the beach which was also very fun.
We hung out with this pirate at the Piggly Wiggly.
And watched this pretty sunset. I’ve never considered myself much of a beach person, but I could change my mind…
