Last Tuesday night around 9:30, my phone rang.
Hmm, it’s my brother. Wonder what he wants?
Me: “Hello?”
Brian: “Hey, Sarah.”
Me: “Hey Brian, what’s up?”
Brian: “Oh nothing, just driving around with Cindy.”
My siblings and I aren’t really the type to call each other out of the blue. Brian calling just to chat while he and Cindy are driving around town? Highly suspicious.
Me: “Oh, cool.”
Brian: “Guess what?”
Me: “What?”
Brian: “No, guess.”
Oh, I totally got this one!
Me: “Did you ask Cindy to marry you?”
Brian: “Yeah!”
Congratulations to Brian and Cindy! Here’s a great photo of them at our wedding last year. They’ve already jumped into wedding planning, since they hope to get married at the end of August. I can’t wait! Yay!
