I just did my taxes. It took about 15 minutes, and I get $82 back!

I’m never buying a house. Taxes are way easier without a house.
Taxes took me 45 minutes with my house AND renters. Plus, my taxable income was reduced a significant amount because I was able to deduct my mortgage interest.
Yes, but when you calculate in the whole a/c fiasco, the taxes seem the easiest part about owning a house 🙂
