It is going to be time for a new iPod very, very soon. Buttons that only work half the time are a problem. Songs that are halfway through and then randomly skip back to the beginning are a problem. Crappy battery life is a problem.
Any ideas about what to do with an old, oddly functioning 10GB iPod?

Seems totally bizarre to have worn out an ipod. As for a pulse of 189, that you mentioned a few days back, I can remember when my heart would go that fast, but it won’t do it any more.
You should get one of those new teensy tiny ones. My co-worker has one and it would be particularly awesome for running with.
