Saw this link on Laurie’s blog. I remember hearing that it was being made into a movie, but I had totally and completely forgotten about it. It comes out in November and stars much of the original Broadway cast — the original Mark and Roger, Collins and Angel, Maureen, and Benny.
By now, those of you who care will know what I’m talking about: RENT!
I am VERY much looking forward to seeing RENT. You should check out Phillip’s page (http://phrogprince.blogspot.com/)to read his recent post about it. I’m sad that Daphne Rubin-Vega and Freddie Walker won’t be in it, but from what I hear it should be different in a good way.
Woo hoo!!! I went to the official movie website and they have a blog to which the cast members are contributing. It was really interesting. Did I say Woo hoo already? I’m excited.
