Here’s how I did in February…
One Little Word Daily Practice. Done!
Reduce my soda intake. I didn’t track this one so I can’t say for sure, but my gut feeling is that I did pretty well — and it was easier than I expected. I was in the habit of drinking one soda per day, almost always a lunchtime, so it was easy to just consciously choose something else.
Have a playdate with my neighbor. Done! In fact, this happened several times, most recently last weekend when we met up at a park.
Master closet reorg. Fail. I just didn’t take an hour to make this happen.
And here’s what I’m tackling in March…
Sell our old house. Ok, so this one is not entirely within my control — however, last weekend we accepted an offer and are finally under contract (!!!!!) with a buyer with a target closing date of March 31. Inspection is set for this weekend and I’m determined to do whatever is necessary, within reason, to make sure this contract proceeds smoothly.
Refocus at work. I’ve been ALL over the place at work for the last few months, and I really want to spend some time regrouping and refocusing on all the little things that have been pushed to the side of my plate by larger issues. There have been a few things going on that have left me feeling a little demoralized, and that’s no fun. This goal sounds vague, but yesterday at work I started putting together a list of specific things I can do this month to work on these issues.
Master closet reorg. Since I didn’t get it done in February, it goes back on the list.
Finish my secret sewing project. Stay on pace with the Long Time Gone sew-along. These are both part of my crafty goals for the first quarter of this year. My secret sewing project has to be done by March 15 and coincidentally, that’s when the sew-along starts.
Continuing goals…
- Go to Orange Theory once per week. (Still doing this, still loving it.)
- Complete monthly One Little Word prompt.
