I took my camera to Emma’s party on Saturday afternoon, but I didn’t take a ton of photos, and the ones I did get aren’t really that great. But in the interest of documentation — and interested grandparents, aunts and uncles — here are a few!
Thanks HEB for the cake! (They actually make a really great cake for a grocery store. Two thumbs up.)
We tried to take a couple photos before her friends started arriving, but Emma wasn’t really feeling it. Oh well. (Her pink ribbon said “I’m 3!” It lasted about 20 minutes before she didn’t want to wear it anymore.)
It was adorable to see how excited Emma was to see her friends coming in. She gave hugs and excitedly pointed them all towards the gym. These pics are mostly of Emma since I feel a little weird posting a ton of photos of other peoples’ kids, but we ended up with 11 total and they all seemed to have a blast. How can you go wrong with trampolines, foam pits, and slides?
We held the party at Acrosports again, like last year — but this time I reserved their new location that just opened a few months ago. It was even better than the original place! The new one has a bigger and brighter gym, and a bigger party room too. It worked out great.
I was amazed at how well Emma could hang onto this swing. She held on for at least three swings back and forth before letting go!
Group shot in the foam pit before heading to the party room for cake and juice! And thus, Emma’s 3rd birthday party was well and truly celebrated.

Looks like a great time!! And yes, the grandparents need pics
